1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BP Exch ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the BP Exch website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL betting, live casino games, Aviator, Teen Patti, Roulette, and Esports betting.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet on BP Exch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BP Exch platform. 2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BP Exch. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. We actively verify player age during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any funds returned to the registered payment method after a mandatory verification review.
By registering on BP Exch, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Providing false information about your age constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
2.2 Geographical Eligibility
BP Exch is intended for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether using BP Exch complies with the laws applicable in your specific location. BP Exch does not accept responsibility for any player who accesses the platform in violation of their local laws.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To open a BP Exch account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — before withdrawals are processed. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Only one BP Exch account is permitted per individual, household, device, and payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and funds withheld pending investigation.
3 Account Rules
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BP Exch login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@bpexch.wine. BP Exch will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
BP Exch operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming standards. You may be asked to verify your identity at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point where unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal suspension until the process is concluded.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your BP Exch account at any time by contacting support. We will process your request within 48 hours. Any outstanding settled winnings will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC requirements. BP Exch reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
BP Exch processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital bank account)
- SadaPay (digital bank account)
- Bank transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
BP Exch does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts not matching your BP Exch registration details will be returned and may trigger a security review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. BP Exch does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown in the table above subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. BP Exch reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
If you have received a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are stated at the time of the promotion and are published in your account notifications.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Conditions
All bets placed on BP Exch are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant product section of the platform. In case of conflict between these general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
Bets are accepted and confirmed electronically. Once a bet has been matched on the exchange or confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the player. It is your responsibility to check the details of a bet — selection, stake, odds — before confirming it. BP Exch will not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.
5.2 Exchange Mechanics — Back and Lay
BP Exch operates a peer-to-peer betting exchange. When you place a "back" bet, you are betting that an outcome will occur. When you place a "lay" bet, you are accepting another player's back bet and taking the position that the outcome will not occur. Lay bets expose you to a potential liability exceeding your initial stake; the maximum potential liability for any lay bet is displayed clearly on the bet slip before confirmation. You must have sufficient account balance to cover your maximum liability before a lay bet can be placed.
5.3 Void Bets
A bet may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in the sport-specific rules; a proven technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed and matched; or the event is postponed beyond the settlement window stated in the relevant rules. BP Exch will communicate any void decisions to affected players via account notifications and email.
5.4 Settlement
BP Exch settles markets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the ICC, PCB, or the organising board of the relevant competition. In the event of a result being subsequently reversed by the governing body, BP Exch will re-settle the affected markets as soon as practicable. For in-play markets where a result has already been confirmed live and settlement has been processed, retrospective re-settlement will not apply unless there is clear evidence of a systematic error.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
BP Exch offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — minimum deposit requirement, qualifying game types, wagering multiplier, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — which are published at the time the promotion is live. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all promotions unless specific terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are not transferable between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit; unused bonuses expire automatically.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- BP Exch reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotion terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
- Bonus funds must be used for real-money bets; they cannot be directly withdrawn as cash.
Attempting to claim multiple promotions using different accounts, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods associated with the same individual constitutes bonus abuse and is treated as a breach of these Terms regardless of whether each individual account appears to comply independently.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BP Exch. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds pending investigation, and permanent closure of the account.
- Match fixing or spot fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome in any sport or event is a serious criminal offence and a fundamental breach of these Terms.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets without human intervention is prohibited.
- Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional terms across BP Exch and other platforms simultaneously is not permitted.
- Money laundering: Using BP Exch for the purposes of laundering money or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Third-party account use: Permitting another person to use your account, or using another person's account for any purpose, is prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting BP Exch support to resolve the matter is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
8 Responsible Gaming
BP Exch takes responsible gaming seriously as both a practical commitment and an ethical obligation. Gambling can become harmful if it moves beyond entertainment into compulsion. We provide the following tools to help all players maintain control — and we encourage you to use them proactively, before problems arise, rather than reactively after they have developed.
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Takes effect immediately. Can be increased only after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single session. You will receive a notification and be offered the option to log out when your limit is reached.
- Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from betting of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended for all betting activity.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BP Exch. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
- Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position at intervals you choose.

BP Exch does not permit players who have self-excluded from the platform to re-register using different details. Any account found to belong to a self-excluded individual will be closed immediately and funds returned after identity verification.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the BP Exch platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, interface design, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of BP Exch or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal betting purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any BP Exch content without our express prior written consent. Scraping odds data, replicating bet slip functionality, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms as well as applicable intellectual property law.
10 Liability & Disputes
10.1 Limitation of Liability
BP Exch provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and accurate operation of the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. BP Exch will not be liable for losses resulting from: platform unavailability due to technical maintenance; network failures outside our direct control; delays in third-party payment processing; or events of force majeure including natural disasters, governmental actions, or widespread telecommunications failures.
BP Exch's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident, excluding any bonus funds.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
If you believe that a bet has been incorrectly settled or that your account has been incorrectly debited or credited, you must contact BP Exch support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes raised after this window cannot be investigated. BP Exch will review all disputes within 7 working days and communicate the outcome in writing. If you remain unsatisfied with our decision, the matter may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
11 Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by BP Exch is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on BP Exch, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

12 Amendments to These Terms
BP Exch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Minor updates — such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without advance notice and will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of BP Exch after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendments take effect.
