BP Exch supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is Rs 100. For bank IBFT transfers, the minimum may be higher depending on your bank's transaction limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by BP Exch, though individual payment methods may have their own caps (e.g., daily Easypaisa wallet limits).

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your BP Exch balance within seconds to 2 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. Bank IBFT transfers can take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. If a deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

BP Exch does not charge any deposit fees on its end. Every rupee you deposit goes directly into your betting balance. However, your payment provider (your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider if you're unsure. Visa/Mastercard card deposits may incur a fee from your card issuer.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from a parent, spouse, friend, or anyone else — will be returned and may trigger a security review. This rule exists to protect you and to ensure withdrawals can be processed back to a verified method in your name.

Log into your BP Exch account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your payment method, enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm. BP Exch charges a small commission on net winnings from matched bets — this is how all betting exchanges operate. The standard commission rate is displayed in your account settings. Unlike traditional bookmakers who profit from your losses, BP Exch's income is a percentage of winning bets. This means BP Exch benefits when you bet, not specifically when you lose.

Yes. BP Exch allows you to cash out open bets while an event is in progress. The cash out value is calculated based on current market prices — if the market has moved in your favour, you'll receive more than your stake; if it's moved against you, you'll receive less. If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and your stakes are returned to your BP Exch balance in full. If a match starts but is abandoned mid-way, settlement rules depend on the sport and the specific market — some markets settle on results at the point of abandonment, others are voided. Aviator is a crash game where a multiplier starts at 1.00× and climbs higher. You place your bet before the round starts, and the goal is to cash out before the plane flies away (crashes). Yes. BP Exch supports 2FA via your registered mobile number or an authenticator app. You can enable 2FA in your Account Security Settings. When enabled, logging in from a new device will require both your password and a time-sensitive code sent to your phone or generated by your authenticator app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.

No. BP Exch will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive any message requesting your BP Exch login credentials — regardless of how official it looks — treat it as a phishing attempt. Do not respond and do not click any links. Forward the message to support@bpexch.wine and change your password immediately if you've already shared it.

Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there, choose "Deposit Limits" and set your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap in PKR. The limit takes effect immediately. To decrease a limit, the change applies instantly. To increase a limit, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period applies automatically before the higher limit is active.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Select "Request Self-Exclusion" and confirm. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
